Maaike – Author of the upcoming book Feel Better Naked Now, Menopause Hacks no one talks about.

Maaike is a Psychologist and Certified Health, Life, and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping women in midlife expand their awareness about health and reclaim their energy. She takes a holistic approach—addressing both body and mind—by guiding clients to make simple, sustainable habit changes in food, movement, and social life. Her work empowers women to create a better relationship with themselves and others, ultimately leading to a vibrant quality of life.
She is also a proud mother of three young adults who are health-conscious and living proof of her philosophy that food and companionship are the best ways to nurture a human being. They are her walking testimonies of how intentional living creates strong, healthy, and connected lives.

While Maaike now shines as a bright light for others, her journey began with her own struggles with low energy, exhaustion, poor concentration, and the emptiness that often accompanies menopause. In 2010, she immersed herself in studying nutrition, mindset, and body performance. After transforming her own health and energy, she felt called to support other women through the same challenges.

Today, Maaike specializes in helping women break through blocks that keep them stuck, so they can feel better, think clearer, and live with more vitality. She believes that when women feel good, they make better decisions for their life and well-being—leading to lasting transformation.

At the Dream Retreat, Maaike will design a nourishing, midlife-friendly menu designed to support energy, balance hormones, simplify healthy eating and guide participants through two hands-on dinner prep experiences, including her signature session: Healthy Eating for Midlife & Menopause.
She believes food is more than fuel—it’s a gateway to self-care, connection, joy, and the energy women need to thrive in this powerful season of life.

Her role at the retreat is not just about food—it’s about guiding women to feel better in their bodies, enjoy the process of nourishing themselves, and leave with tools that make healthy living doable and delicious.
