Kirstin is one of the only people that can help me when my anxiety is out of control. As a person who has struggled with it for most of my lifetime, I often have a hard time looking past the negatives, or focusing on what if’s, but since I have met Kirstin, I have had a totally different outlook on life. She has always helped me to see that things happen for a reason, often to get you on the path you need to be on. She has helped me realize how important energy is and how having a positive mindset over a negative mindset really makes a difference in my life.
